Quote by Mark Twain on the importance of reading

A quote by Mark Twain on reading is the topic of this blog post.

“The man who does not read has no advantage over the man who cannot read.” Mark Twain

“I agree completely with this quote. I grew up reading Mark Twain, and a lot of other books. One of the most positive things I got from my childhood was a great love of reading. I feel so sorry for the people who either do not read at all, or who cannot read. They do not know what they are missing. Reading expands your horizons as well as your mind. It can also transport you to places you have never seen before. Without reading I would never have accomplished all that I have accomplished so far.  In my personal opinion reading is one of the most important life skills that anyone can possess.” Stan Burman
