Quote by John Wooden on being yourself

A quote by John Wooden on being yourself is the topic of this blog post

“I think you have to be what you are. Don’t try to be somebody else. You have to be yourself at all times.” John Wooden

“I agree completely with this awesome quote by John Wooden. If you pretend to be somebody else you are only fooling yourself. It almost never works in the long run because anyone who truly knows you will see right through your act, the only people who will not are people who are not very perceptive or do not know you very well. That is something to think about. Why live life as anyone other than who you really are?  In the long run being yourself at all times is best because at least that way you know that the people close to you love and respect you for who you really are, not some other person that you pretend to be. I respect people who are brave enough to be who they really are and I am sure that many if not most people feel the same way I do.” Stan Burman
