A quote by Marilyn vos Savant on the difference between knowledge and wisdom is the topic of this blog post.
“To acquire knowledge, one must study; but to acquire wisdom, one must observe.” Marilyn vos Savant
“I agree completely with this quote by Marilyn vos Savant. It is much easier to acquire knowledge than wisdom. Almost any school can teach some knowledge but only by going out into the real world and observing life can one acquire wisdom. I know this for a fact because when I was younger I concentrated more on acquiring knowledge but tended to neglect acquiring wisdom. Now that I am older I realize that both knowledge and wisdom are important and work together but if I could only have one of these attributes I would choose wisdom as that can only be obtained through experience and to me is more valuable than knowledge.” Stan Burman
