Quote by Dale Carnegie on making the most of today

A quote by Dale Carnegie on making the most of today is the topic of this blog post.

“Today is life-the only life you are sure of. Make the most of today. Get interested in something. Shake yourself awake. Develop a hobby. Let the winds of enthusiasm sweep through you. Live today with gusto.” Dale Carnegie

“This is a great quote by Dale Carnegie. Today is the only day that really matters. Yesterday is in the past. Tomorrow is in the future and you cannot be sure of tomorrow.  This quote is absolutely true in that today is the only day that you can make the most of, you cannot redo yesterday and tomorrow is never guaranteed.  Some people might find that fact depressing but I certainly do not. I find that fact an inspiration and use its simple truth as my motivation to make the most of every day that I possibly can.  This quote is simply more proof that life only moves in one direction and that is forward. No person gets to relive the past except in the movies.” Stan Burman
